StructaPin respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the StructaPin mobile application handles information when you use the app.
StructaPin allows users to create and manage construction inspection projects and related information, including:
This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
StructaPin does not currently require a user account and does not upload project information to StructaPin-operated cloud servers.
StructaPin may request access to the device camera, photo library or files when the user chooses to:
These files are used only to provide the functions requested by the user.
StructaPin does not automatically transmit these photos, drawings or files to the developer.
StructaPin allows users to generate, save and share PDF reports.
Sharing is initiated by the user. When a user chooses to share a report with another application or service, such as an email or messaging application, the selected third-party application’s privacy practices apply to the information shared with that service.
StructaPin does not control how third-party applications process information after the user chooses to share it.
The current version of StructaPin does not:
Information used locally by the app remains on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export or share it.
StructaPin relies on the security protections provided by the Android or iOS operating system to protect locally stored application data.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and for choosing appropriate recipients when exporting or sharing reports.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Project information and files stored by StructaPin remain on the user’s device until they are deleted by the user, the application’s storage is cleared, or the application is removed from the device.
Device backups or operating-system backup services may be controlled separately by the user’s device and platform settings.
Because StructaPin does not currently maintain user accounts or store project information on StructaPin-operated servers, there is no remote StructaPin account database containing this project information to delete.
StructaPin is designed for professional construction and inspection use and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
StructaPin does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when StructaPin features or data-handling practices change.
